Edge2Edge (part of Grant Group, ABN 87 312 633 237) provides lawn mowing and garden care, gutter cleaning, rubbish removal, grate and drainage pump-outs, and commercial and industrial cleaning across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, the Hunter Valley and Port Stephens. This policy explains what personal information we collect and how we handle it.

What we collect

When you request a quote or book a job, we may collect your name, contact details, property address, service requirements, timing and access information, and any photos or notes you choose to provide. If you call or text us, we may keep your caller ID and a record of the conversation so we can respond and manage the service.

How we use it

We use your information to assess and quote work, confirm and schedule jobs, send service messages, process payment, issue invoices, provide customer support and ask for feedback after a job. We only send marketing messages where permitted, and marketing SMS messages include an opt-out. Reply STOP at any time to stop marketing SMS messages.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where reasonably needed to operate the business, including with our website and database host, communications provider, job-management and payment providers, professional advisers, and advertising platforms used to measure whether advertising led to an enquiry or booking. Some providers may store or process information outside Australia.

Storage, access and correction

Complaints
