Terms of Service
These terms cover services provided by Edge2Edge (part of Grant Group, ABN 87 312 633 237) across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, the Hunter Valley and Port Stephens. Our launch services are lawn mowing and garden care, gutter cleaning, rubbish removal, grate and drainage pump-outs, and commercial and industrial cleaning. Garden care is limited to mowing, edging, blow-downs, weed spraying and yard tidy-ups, rather than open-ended general gardening.
Quotes and pricing
Quotes are prepared after we review the details and photos you provide or assess the property in person. If the property, access or required work is materially different from what was described, we will explain any change to the quote before additional work starts. You can choose not to proceed if you do not accept the revised quote.
Bookings and access
Please make sure we can safely access the areas being serviced, including by unlocking gates, securing animals and moving vehicles or other obstructions where requested. If we attend but cannot safely access the work area because of a locked gate, unsecured animal or another customer-controlled condition, we may charge 50% of the scheduled service fee, capped at $100. This fee does not apply when the access problem is our fault or is caused by circumstances outside the customer’s reasonable control.
Recurring services
Recurring plans continue until they are paused or cancelled. You can skip, pause or cancel a visit by replying to one of our service messages, calling us or emailing us. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice before the next scheduled visit.
Payment
Payment is due when the service is completed. We accept card, bank transfer and cash. Where card payment is arranged, card details are handled by our payment provider; Edge2Edge does not ask you to send card details by text or email. Any different payment terms must be agreed in writing before the service.
Cancellations and weather
You can cancel or reschedule a one-off booking at no charge by giving at least 24 hours’ notice. A late cancellation after we have attended may be treated as customer-controlled no-access under the terms above. If weather or site conditions make the job unsafe or unsuitable, we may reschedule the work at no charge and contact you with the next step.
Licensed work
Edge2Edge’s launch scope is cleaning and property maintenance. Repair, plumbing, electrical or structural work will only be performed by an appropriately licensed contractor where one is required.
Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes those guarantees. Any remedy or limitation in these terms applies only to the extent permitted by law.
General
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales. If we update them, the current version published on this page applies to future bookings.
